Meet Our Doctors and Team

Jared L. Taylor, DMD, MAGD, FICOI, CDOCS Mentor

Dr. Jared Taylor completed his undergraduate studies with a bachelor’s degree in psychology at ASU, before going on to attend the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, School of Dental Medicine, where he graduated in 2010.

He has achieved the title of “Master” of the Academy of General Dentistry and has advanced training with CEREC technology. He takes monthly CE courses to stay on top of the latest advancements in dentistry. Dr. Taylor is a proud member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and is a mentor for the CDOCS.

Dr. Taylor had been practicing in South Dakota for over 13 years before recently taking over Chandler Dental Excellence from his father. His goal is to provide the best possible care, and to get to know each patient and their interests.

Dr. Taylor is married to his wife, Nichole, and has one daughter and four sons. His hobbies encompass a variety of sports, including hockey, skiing, biking, running and attempting to surf. He also plays the cello.

Dr. Kerry Taylor

We are deeply grateful for Dr. Taylor’s years of dedicated service. His commitment to providing exceptional care and his genuine concern for each patient’s wellbeing have had a lasting impact on our practice and the community. As Dr. Taylor enjoys his well-deserved retirement, his legacy of professionalism, compassion and excellence will continue on through his son, Dr. Jared Taylor, and the wonderful team members who work here. Amy

Office Manager | Patient Care Coordinator

Amy joined Chandler Dental Excellence in 1995, working as a dental assistant until 2015 when she became our office manager. She loves our patients, and because she has been here so long, Amy has created a wonderful bond with many people, watching our patients lives as they progress and as children grow up and begin bringing their own families here. Amy always has a friendly greeting and a smile for our patients and works hard to keep our practice organized and running smoothly. She also provides training for new team members who join us. Amy has been married since 2016, and has an incredible step-daughter who recently married. Her husband is from Ireland, and they return to the country yearly to visit his family. They have built an authentic Irish pub in their house!

Raydine

Insurance Coordinator

Raydine joined our team in January 2010, and enjoys the family atmosphere, open communication and mutual respect in our office. As our insurance coordinator, she works diligently to stay up to date with constantly changing industry and insurance standards, and communicates frequently and effectively with both her coworkers and our patients to ensure that we are all on the same page. Raydine and her husband have two sons and a dog, Bo. In her free time, she enjoys sewing, traveling, reading a good book

Allison

Hygienist

Allison graduated with her associate’s degree in dental hygiene from Oakland Community College-Michigan in 2001. In 2017, she had the opportunity to become part of the clinical faculty for the Dental Hygiene Program at Mesa Community College, where she enjoys teaching our future dental hygienists. Allison has been married to her wonderful husband since 2003, and they enjoy time with their three children. Having worked at Chandler Dental Excellence from 2006-2010, she was thrilled to rejoin the practice in 2013 when they moved back to Arizona. Allison appreciates the value placed on patient care, and loves helping her patients achieve optimal oral health by providing dental hygiene treatment and reviewing home care techniques in a kind and compassionate manner.

Kelly

Dental Assistant

Kelly graduated from Carrington College with a 4.0 GPA in 2013. She joined Chandler Dental Excellence in 2022 and loves seeing patients’ enjoyment and confidence of their new smiles that we create in this office. She has been trained in CBCT scanning, designing and making CEREC crowns, is X-ray certified and has assisted in everything from dental implants to BOTOX® for 12 years. She is happily married to her husband, Manny, and has two sons with a 12-year age gap and a dog named Kobe. In her spare time, Kelly loves working out and going on vacations. She is also a sneaker head.

Norhan

Registered Dental Hygienist

Norhan started working in the dental field as an assistant in 2015 before attending dental hygiene school at Carrington College. She joined our team as a hygienist in April 2022. Norhan is dedicated to making sure our patients get the best possible care, and enjoys being part of a dental family that cares about the wellbeing of our patients and providing them with excellent care. Norhan has two cats, Stewie and Luigi, and loves outdoor activities such as hiking and walking, traveling and listening to audiobooks.

Rachelle

Scheduling Coordinator

Rachelle graduated with her dental assisting degree in 2006. She became a part of our team in May 2025 and is a wizard hygiene scheduler who loves being part of a great team. She has been married to her husband, Ryan, since 2008, and has a rabbit named Cole and three cats named Phoenix, Felix and Flower. Rachelle enjoys basket-making and wreath-making in her free time.

Emily

Registered Dental Hygienist

Emily went to Carrington College for dental hygiene before joining our team in August 2025. She is determined to help patients improve their oral health and achieve their smile goals, and appreciates everyone’s commitment to patient care at Chandler Dental Excellence. Emily is married to her husband, Jeremy, and they have three dogs and one cat. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, camping and hiking.
